Health is an
important issue in today’s society. People of all walks of life and ages are looking for ways to
improve the quality of their health. Each age group has unique concerns and needs specific to their age,
but all need to be active in a way that will engage and keep their interest. The ideas and practices in
oriental medicine have sparked new approaches to some of these health issues. Qi Works Studio combines
the practices of Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan, and Yoga as a method of improving health.
Our goals are to
promote balance, flexibility, mobility, strength,
memory & overall good health for all ages.
