Vinyasa Yoga flows through a series of postures
designed to release stress and tension, providing relaxation
Kunga
Yoga - 'Kunga' is a Kenyerwandan word meaning 'to serve or help'.
Kunga Yoga encourages, and supports healthy living, community building, volunteering, and positive activism. The word
was chosen in honor of the Mizero orphans of the Rwandan genocide.
